Peak Claims, Inc. began in 2005, primarily as an independent adjusting company working in mixed markets.  Since our inception  we’ve narrowed our interests and made firm decisions in which markets we perform best, which now include other insurance services aside from adjusting.  Peak is controlled by the iron fist of Phillip Crimaldi and operates out of an office in The Imperial Building, which is located in central Denver, Colorado near the Baker and West Wash Park neighborhoods, just south of Capitol Hill.  A list of services and areas which we service are located below.

On a select basis we accept files for residential property & casualty claims and residential auto requests.

Our current clients include insurance carriers, TPA’s (third party administrators), and law offices nationwide.  We have worked “one-time” surveys for random clients obtained through our website and have a handful of reference letters from past & previous clients, customers of those clients and business partners.  Our largest focus is to document the black and white facts of a circumstance while preserving our position as independent and neutral surveyors, investigators and adjusters.
