Peak Claims was established in late 2005, primarily as an independent adjusting company working in mixed markets.  The company became incorporated in Colorado in late 2006 and we currently operate primarily out of The Imperial Building in Denver.  We continue to operate in other states and regions.  Since 2005, we’ve narrowed our interests and made firm decisions in which markets we perform best which now include other insurance services aside from adjusting.  We’ve found our best performance involves assisting insurers and subrogation attorneys in handling astray and missing cargo or lost freight.  A list of services and areas which we service are located below.

On a select basis we accept files for residential property & casualty claims and personal auto requests.

Our current clients include insurance carriers, TPA’s (third party administrators), and law offices nationwide.  We have worked “one-time” surveys for random clients obtained through our website and have a handful of reference letters from past & previous clients, customers of those clients and business partners.  Our largest focus is to document the black and white facts of a circumstance while preserving our position as independent and neutral surveyors, investigators and adjusters.
