Phillip A. Crimaldi is the Director of Operations for Peak Claims, Inc. and a founding partner of the company.  His office is located at the company headquarters in central Denver, Colorado.  Phil’s experience includes over 800 residential claims, dozens of property insurance appraisals, scores of  inland marine policy matters, cargo damage surveys, missing or lost inland marine cargo investigations, premises liability investigations and settlement conference representation (for insurers).  Mr. Crimaldi’s broad experience of nearly seven years as an insurance claim professional has continued to grow his ability in handling unique circumstances for a broad but refined market.  His focus areas are:
