Peak Claims, Inc. is an independent claim adjustment and inspection company. Our mission is to provide an effective and impartial claim adjustment service while supporting the statistical customer service goals of our clients. We accomplish this primarily by stating our motto which is: "Providing Client Retention through excellence in Communication".

Peak was established by Phillip A. Crimaldi late December 2005 and incorporated in late 2006. Mr. Crimaldi currently oversees all Denver, CO claims operations, all corporation We operate within a 175 mile radius of both Denver, Colorado and Cleveland, Ohio; and are willing to accept assignments on a limited basis outside of that region. Our strong claim adjusting history compliments a cost-effective rate schedule and flawless negative claim history.

We provide personalized customer service not commonly found in other adjusting companies. We establish this type of service by analyizing and studying claim statistics both in and out of our offices. There are several ways in which we accompish our mission, all of which are exemplified in our service ability.

You may be wined and dined by your preferred adjusting company but what do you get in terms of value? What does your company get in terms of value? Do they communciate to the insured and help to answer their questions? Does your current claim adjusting company publish monthly reports to you indicating their statistics? Is the insured happy with the result even when coverage may not extend to the full loss amount? Does your adjuster take good photos that will rectify the claim to your review committee?
