Insureds should have a say in how they would like to recieve related documentation (fax, email, postal). We're all about saving paper and find that most insured's are also. Conversely, it would seem strange that some adjustment companies would try to email an insured who doesn't own a computer but we've heard about it happening.
Independent adjusters should be available for the entire adjusting process, even after the claim is closed. Many adjusters bail out claiming they closed the file sometimes rendering you left to spend on another adjuster. We believe this practice is wrong.
